Your custom website, live in 10 days. A team behind your growth.

AQTELO combines custom website design with ongoing digital support in one monthly subscription. Our plans are designed for small and medium-sized businesses, freelancers and professional practices. We build your website, then take care of hosting, maintenance and the improvements included in your plan. You get a website and a team behind it, with no separate design or setup fees.

With AQTELO, your budget supports what your website can do for your business, not just the work it takes to launch it. Design and development are included in your subscription, and our work continues after launch. Depending on your plan, we review how people use your site, identify where it can improve and make those changes. The goal is a website that remains useful to your business, rather than one that is launched and left untouched.

Plans start at €89/month, with website design, development and launch included. There are no separate design or setup fees. Your first monthly payment is due when the contract is concluded.

Any add-ons you choose are charged on top of your plan. AQTELO does not charge VAT: the recipient is liable for the tax (reverse charge).

Every plan includes a custom-built website, launch, a domain name, hosting and maintenance.

Presence, €89/month, gives you a professional website to showcase your business, essential website analytics and 1 website improvement per month.

Growth, €189/month, adds SEO and AI search visibility, conversion tracking, marketing integrations, performance analysis and recommendations, with 2 website improvements per month.

Partner, €490/month, includes everything in Growth, with 4 website improvements per month, plus campaign landing pages, conversion optimization, automations and priority support.

Yes. There’s no minimum subscription term. You can cancel through your client portal or by emailing office@aqtelo.com.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the monthly billing period you’ve already paid for, which may not be the end of the calendar month. Your service continues until that date, then recurring payments stop. The 12-payment requirement relates to ownership of your website, not a minimum subscription period.

Your website becomes yours at the start of month 13, provided your first 12 monthly payments have been made. Ownership of the work we create for your project transfers to you at no extra charge.

Once ownership has transferred, you can request the source code, media assets and design files. We provide them within 15 business days. Third-party assets remain subject to their licensing terms. Your domain name and any content you provide belong to you from the start.

If you cancel before making 12 monthly payments, you have two options:

• Leave without taking ownership. You don’t pay the remaining monthly fees. Your website goes offline at the end of your paid billing period, and the site files and work created by AQTELO are not transferred to you.
• Keep your website. You pay the remaining monthly fees needed to reach 12 payments, calculated at your latest monthly rate, including your plan and add-ons. We then transfer ownership of the website and hand over its files.

For example, after five monthly payments on the €89 Presence plan with no add-ons, the cost to take ownership is €623: 7 × €89.

Either way, your domain remains yours, and you can retrieve any content you supplied. If you don’t choose to take ownership before the end of your paid billing period, the website will not be transferred.

The transfer of ownership does not end your subscription. You can stay with AQTELO for the hosting, maintenance and ongoing support included in your plan.

You can also cancel and manage the website yourself or work with another provider. To keep it online independently of AQTELO, you’ll need to arrange hosting, domain renewal and maintenance.

Yes. AQTELO builds new websites and redesigns existing ones. We look at your business, your goals and your current site to decide what to keep, improve or rethink. You can keep your existing domain name.

After signing up, you complete a questionnaire that takes around 5 minutes. You share the essentials about your business, your goals, your design preferences and any content you already have.

We then present a polished first design for you to review. You can give feedback on something tangible without having to manage the design process yourself. We refine it with you, then handle development, testing and launch.

Your website goes live within 10 business days, counted from the first business day after we receive your completed questionnaire. Time spent waiting for your feedback, content, access details or approval is excluded from this timeframe.

If your domain is unavailable for reasons beyond AQTELO’s control, publishing your website at a temporary address counts as going live for the purposes of this deadline, as set out in our Terms and Conditions.

The first design is a starting point for discussion, not a final decision. Tell us what feels right and what needs to change. We’ll work through your feedback and refine the design before finalizing your website. You guide the direction without having to design it yourself.

If AQTELO misses the delivery deadline set out in our Terms and Conditions, the full monthly fee for the affected billing period is refunded. If the delay continues into another monthly billing period, that period is refunded too.

Refunds are issued automatically within 14 days, according to the schedule set out in our Terms and Conditions, while work on your website continues. The guarantee does not cover delays while we’re waiting for input from you, or force majeure events. Refunded months still count toward the transfer of ownership.

Yes. Your domain remains yours. You simply provide the access details we need to connect it to your new website.

If you don’t have one yet, your subscription includes an available domain name with a common extension at the standard rate, plus renewals throughout your subscription. Any extra cost for a premium domain requires your approval first.

When you leave, we provide the domain access details and transfer code. You then become responsible for its renewal.

No. AQTELO takes care of your domain, hosting and technical maintenance throughout your subscription. We also carry out the improvements included in your plan. You tell us what you need through the communication channel of your choice and stay in control of your content and the changes made to your site.

A website improvement is a focused change to your site after launch. It could involve updating content, reworking a section, improving how visitors move through your site or integrating a tool.

Presence includes 1 improvement per month, Growth 2 and Partner 4. Larger requests may be split into several improvements, with your agreement. Fixes for issues caused by AQTELO do not count toward your monthly allowance.

No. Your allowance applies to the current monthly billing period, and unused improvements do not carry over. Hosting and maintenance continue as usual, even in months when you don’t request any changes.

You can track your project and manage your subscription through your client portal. To talk to the team and send your improvement requests, you use the communication channel of your choice.

Our support team responds within 48 business hours, with priority handling for the Partner plan. This is our response time, not a guarantee that the work will be completed within the same period.

The Growth and Partner plans include search engine optimization (SEO) and work to improve your visibility in AI-generated search answers, often called generative engine optimization (GEO). We work on your website’s structure, content and technical foundations to help search engines and AI tools find your pages and understand your business.

The aim is to improve your visibility. We do not guarantee a particular Google ranking, a citation in an AI-generated answer or a specific number of visits or sales.

You remain responsible for the personal data collected through your website. AQTELO processes that data on your behalf, following your instructions and the confidentiality and security commitments set out in our Terms and Conditions.

Your website’s legal notice, privacy policy and any terms of sale required for your business remain your responsibility. We add these documents to your site on request, but we do not provide legal review.

We create a visual identity for your business, including a logo, color palette, font selection and a set of graphic assets.

The add-on costs €79/month, on top of your plan, for a maximum of 12 monthly payments. After the twelfth payment, the charge is removed automatically.

For €39/month on top of your plan, we optimize your Google Business Profile and your presence on Google Maps, make regular updates and track performance.

The aim is to help nearby customers find your business when they search for the services you offer.

The Multilingual add-on costs €29/month per additional language, on top of your plan. We create and maintain the additional language versions of your site, including ongoing updates, within the same project. You can reach customers in different languages without managing separate websites.
