Find the performance problems that interrupt your buyer's journey, then fix the causes rather than chasing a score in isolation.
Watch the journey, not just the loading screen
A page can appear quickly and still feel slow when a menu opens late, a form freezes or content jumps under a finger. Review the landing page, the main service page and the enquiry path together, especially on phones.
Find what the page downloads
Oversized hero images, autoplay media, third-party scripts and page-builder code can create avoidable work. Use appropriately sized assets, defer optional features and remove tools that no longer serve a clear purpose. Confirm the cause before replacing the platform.
Keep the important content available
Visitors should be able to read the offer and reach the next step while decorative features load. A complex 3D scene can load progressively; it should not block the only product explanation or contact route.
Measure the business result
Compare performance and enquiry completion before and after a change, accounting for traffic sources and campaign differences. A faster website removes friction, but it cannot fix an irrelevant offer or an unanswered sales enquiry.
