Which data and what for
Through the contact form we ask for your name, your email address and your request. You can optionally add your company and your phone number.
We use this data only to review your request and reply to you. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it.
On what legal basis
The processing is necessary to take steps at your request before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). For general enquiries we rely on our legitimate interest in replying to you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Who receives your data
The website is hosted by Vercel Inc., San Francisco, USA. Pages and the form run on servers in Frankfurt am Main. When you visit, Vercel stores technical logs: IP address, time, page visited and browser. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure, available website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Vercel and Resend process your data only on our behalf. Both are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision, Art. 45 GDPR). The European Commission’s standard contractual clauses apply in addition (Art. 46 GDPR).
How long we keep it
If your message does not lead to a collaboration, we delete it after twelve months. If we work together, we keep what the project and statutory retention periods require.
Cookies, fonts and videos
We set no cookies and do not track visits. If you choose dark mode in the menu, your browser remembers this choice in local storage. It never leaves your device.
The fonts are served from our own server. Loading a page sends no requests to Google or other third parties.
Some blog articles show YouTube videos. They only load when you click the video. Your IP address and device details then go to Google Ireland Ltd., Dublin, and cookies may be set. The legal basis is your consent by clicking (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You can object to the processing. To do so, write to office@aqtelo.com. You will receive a reply within one month.
You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example in the country where you live or work. In Switzerland, this is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
