Compare a simple clickable plan with a detailed 3D experience by looking at modelling, unit data, integrations and ongoing operation.

Choose the experience first

A clickable floor plan can be enough for a small building. A rotatable model helps when orientation, views and several buildings complicate the choice. More visual detail creates more modelling and review work, so tie that decision to the sales journey.

Review the source material

A usable architectural model can reduce preparation, but it may still need simplification for the browser. Building from PDF plans takes more modelling. Unit boundaries, floor plans, prices and status must match whichever visual approach you choose.

Include integrations and updates

A maintained spreadsheet is different in scope from a live CRM connection. Agree who changes prices, how status reaches the model and what happens when a new construction phase opens. One authoritative data source prevents contradictory availability.

Compare the full operating cost

Browser-based rendering and graphics-server streaming have different infrastructure needs. Ask for hosting, support, model changes and eventual archiving to be separated in the quote. A useful estimate starts with your plans, unit count and preferred experience.
