You tell us what you want to achieve. We state the goal, scope, timeline and cost. Work starts only after you agree. Extra work happens only with your okay.

See the five phases

  1. Intro call

    You tell us what you want to achieve and where things get stuck. Together we clarify your question and whether we are a good fit. It is quick, by video.

  2. Goal and quote

    You get a first assessment: what stands out, where does it get stuck, what comes first? Then we set the goal together, for example more inquiries, more reach, hours saved or risks closed. A quote follows with scope, timeline and costs. The engagement starts only after you say yes.

  3. Review and build

    The engagement is set. Now we review the systems, data and processes that belong to your question. What happens in the background, where do inquiries get lost, what already works? From that follows what the goal requires. What can be done right away, we do right away.

  4. Align and decide

    As the work goes on, it becomes clearer what needs attention and in what order. We discuss the results with you and keep the goal in view. If something comes up outside the engagement, we tell you what it means and what options there are. Additional work starts only after we agree and you say yes.

  5. Report and keep building

    We report what has been implemented and what it delivers. What works, what could be better, where are the remaining opportunities? The engagement ends with clear results and a handover. Website, accounts, data and code belong to you. If further collaboration makes sense, we discuss the next steps.

From reading along to working alongside

How we work together depends on what you need. Sometimes advice is enough, sometimes you need implementation or ongoing collaboration. The quote states which form fits and what you can expect from it.

  1. Advice from a distance

    You implement yourself and want to talk through decisions. We read along, review proposals and help when you are stuck or need a second pair of eyes.

  2. A fixed half-day per week

    You have regular work or questions that call for additional expertise. A fixed slot keeps the pace, clarifies decisions and puts improvements live.

  3. A defined engagement

    A clearly described part with a start and an end. Up front it is set what you get, what it takes and when we deliver.

  4. Working alongside your team

    We take part in day-to-day work and in your meetings. We implement improvements together. Your team learns what it needs to carry on alone.

That way we process information faster, test more variants and save repetitive work. Our Security team reviews every AI system we deliver. You benefit from this experience in every engagement.

In analysis
Organize information from systems and documents and examine connections. We check the results and translate them into what they mean for your question.
In drafting
Work out first drafts and different approaches. That leaves more room to compare variants and develop the right direction further.
In implementation
Automate repetitive steps and help with building and adjusting. A person reviews every result before it goes to you.
