A practical approach to clear company information, useful answers and evidence that supports discovery in AI-assisted search.
Answer the buyer's actual question
A buyer rarely starts by asking for your company name. They ask who can solve a specific problem, in a particular market, under certain constraints. Your service pages should explain those details in ordinary language and say where your offer stops.
Make the evidence easy to find
Named projects, useful technical explanations and accurate company information help readers assess your claims. Keep your own website and external profiles consistent. Independent coverage and credible references provide context beyond what you say about yourself.
Keep the site readable
Important information should be available as page text, with useful headings and ordinary internal links. Review indexing and crawler access against the services you want to support. Decorative effects should not hide the only explanation of your offer.
Observe a repeatable set of questions
Record the questions buyers ask, the date, the service used and which sources appear. Repeat the exercise over time and compare it with qualified enquiries. Answers vary by context, so a single screenshot is not proof of a reliable position.
