Build a useful picture of where your business appears, which sources describe it and whether that attention reaches the right buyers.
Start from a buying situation
Write questions that include the buyer's problem, region, constraints and type of supplier. Asking only whether a system knows your brand gives little insight into discovery. Include the language your customers actually use.
Record sources as well as names
When an answer mentions a company, inspect the sources it provides. Are they current, relevant and accurate? Note whether the description comes from the company website, a directory, trade coverage or a comparison. This reveals gaps you can address without guessing at hidden ranking rules.
Improve the underlying information
Explain your services, audience, process and limitations clearly. Publish relevant project evidence and correct inaccurate business profiles. The aim is a company that a potential customer can understand and verify wherever they first encounter it.
Use results with care
Keep a dated record of repeated questions across the services your buyers use. Look for patterns, then compare them with referral traffic and sales conversations. Nobody can promise a fixed place in a generated answer.
