Data protection under nDSG, without guesswork

Since September 1, 2023, the revised Data Protection Act has applied in Switzerland. For you, that means: you need to know which personal data flows where. In every project, we put that in writing before launch. If you sell into the EU, we additionally clarify what the GDPR and the EU AI Act may mean for your system. The AI Act has been in force since August 1, 2024, and its obligations apply in stages. This does not replace legal advice.
